How Flexible Lessons Came to Life
The idea came from one of my students, Amy, whose changing work schedule made regular online lessons difficult. She suggested completing learning activities independently and sending me her exercises and recordings for feedback.
We tried this approach using Notion and WhatsApp, and it worked so well that I decided to make it a separate learning format.
Inside the Flexible Lessons Experience
Flexible Lessons is designed for busy adults, introverts, and anyone who prefers a more flexible way to learn.
1. Your Private Notion Dashboard
All your learning materials, tasks, and progress are organized in one private workspace, accessible from your phone or laptop.
2. Three Learning Tasks Every Week
You’ll receive three personalized learning tasks each week. Each takes approximately 15–20 minutes and combines two to four language skills, such as vocabulary, reading, listening, speaking, grammar, and pronunciation.
3. Personalized Audio Materials
I record audio for vocabulary lists, texts, and listening exercises so you can practise Russian pronunciation, stress, and intonation.
4. Individual Voice Feedback
Send your speaking exercises and recordings. I’ll review your work and send personal audio feedback to help you improve your pronunciation and speaking skills.
5. Additional Learning Resources
Your materials may also include short videos, audio tracks, and authentic Russian content to help you hear and understand everyday Russian.
6. Flexible Schedule
Study whenever it suits you. No fixed class times or scheduled video calls.

How to Begin
Submit your application. Complete the short form and tell me about your Russian level and learning goals.
Wait for my response. I’ll review your application and get back to you within 12 hours to discuss the details and answer any questions.
Complete your payment. Once we’ve agreed on the format and plan, I’ll send you the payment details.
Get access to your workspace. After your payment is confirmed, I’ll send you a link to your private Notion workspace within 6 hours. Follow the link and register to access your learning materials and tasks.
Usage Policy & Confidentiality
All learning materials, including tasks, exercises, texts, audio recordings, and other resources, are personally created and prepared by Antonina for each student. They are intended for individual educational use only.
No redistribution or resale. Learning materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared with third parties, or resold without Antonina’s prior written permission.
Personal access only. Access to the private Notion workspace is provided exclusively to the enrolled student and may not be shared with anyone else.
Confidentiality. All personal information, submitted answers, voice recordings, messages, and other materials shared by the student during Flexible Lessons are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the student’s consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Intellectual property. All learning materials remain the intellectual property of Antonina and are protected by copyright.
